Hältst du dich gerne in deiner Komfortzone auf, aber möchtest mal ganz neue, andere Seiten von dir kennenlernen? Oder bist du doch eher eine Rampensau, aber einen Text auswendig zu lernen ist einfach nichts für dich und dauert dir viel zu lange? So oder so bist du beim Improvisationstheater genau richtig!
Was ist Improvisationstheater?
Improvisationstheater ist eine spontane Form des Theaters, ohne Script oder Requisiten. Die Szenen werden während des Spiels auf der Bühne von den Akteuren geleitet, was zu skurrilen und lustigen Situationen führt. Vorgaben aus dem Publikum werden berücksichtigt, aber die Umsetzung erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit den Spielpartnern.
Aufbau des Kurses: Der Kurs vermittelt zunächst die Grundlagen, um Szenen zu gestalten und am Laufen zu halten. Später werden vertiefende Themen wie Charakterbildung, Raumgestaltung und die Etablierung von Gegenständen behandelt. Eine regelmäßige Teilnahme wird empfohlen, da die Stunden aufeinander aufbauen.
Sonstige Informationen: Die körperliche Anstrengung ist bei uns (meistens) eher gering, daher kannst du in gemütlicher Alltagskleidung teilnehmen. Improvisationstheater bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit, Unsicherheiten abzulegen und verschiedene Kompetenzen wie Spontanität, Selbstbewusstsein und Kreativität zu fördern. Es hilft, skurrile Situationen zu meistern und im echten Leben besser damit umzugehen.

Do you like to stay in your comfort zone, but would like to discover new, different sides of yourself? Or are you more of a rambunctious person, but learning a text by heart just isn't for you and takes way too long? Either way, improvisational theater is the right place for you!
What is improvisational theater?
Improvisational theater is a spontaneous form of theater, without a script or props. The scenes are directed by the actors during the play on stage, which leads to bizarre and funny situations. Instructions from the audience are taken into account, but the implementation is done in cooperation with the play partners.
Course structure: The course first teaches the basics of creating scenes and keeping them running. Later, more advanced topics such as character development, spatial design and the establishment of objects will be covered. Regular participation is recommended as the lessons build on each other.
Other Information: The physical demands of our work are (mostly) rather low, so you can participate in comfortable everyday clothing. Improvisational theater is a great way to shed insecurities and develop various skills such as spontaneity, confidence, and creativity. It helps to master bizarre situations and to handle them better in real life.
